OUR STORY
I’m Damir Garvanović - designer, builder, and integrator. For more than two decades I’ve been creating homes that not only look beautiful but also live beautifully and increase in value.
I started by designing and building first properties in 2005 - apartments and houses where every detail was executed by my own team. I learned early that design alone is not enough. Without obsessive execution, compromises creep in. And when people compromise on their homes, they compromise on their lives.
That experience shaped my philosophy:
"Design is art, execution is science - and we do both."

I begin by studying my clients’ lives: how they cook, work, rest, entertain, and move through their homes. I study the sun, the sound, the neighbors, the privacy. Only by understanding these details can I design spaces that truly feel right.
