This package includes everything from the Introductory Design Package,
expanded with full visual development, technical documentation, and detailed specifications required for execution.
TURNKEY PACKAGE
A seamless delivery from design to final handover, with coordination, procurement, production, and quality assurance handled by us.
This package includes everything from the Design package, with added responsibility for coordination, procurement, production, and final delivery of the interior.
Turnkey service includes design, coordination, planning, supervision, and integration responsibility.
Construction works, installation labor, furniture production, materials, equipment, and third-party services are quoted and billed separately based on approved scope and supplier or subcontractor offers.
